All members with an authenticated account (i.e. you clicked the button to verify your email when you created your account, otherwise you cannot vote, post, comment ...) can play and win.
To play, all you need to do is navigate the site as usual and click on the Flaming Reindeer that randomly appears on your screen.
When you click, you find out which Reindeer you have caught. The Caught Reindeer is added to your collection.
